Well I guess I'll start off with my story.
A while back when I was around 6 years old I was in the car with my parents. I believe we were on the way to the grocery store, and there's a cemetery on the way. So as we pass this cemetery, I see a boy by a tombstone with a flower in his hand. He looked to be around 10. So being the O-So-Curious 6 year old I was, I asked my parents "Mommy, why is that boy there all alone?"
They looked at the cemetery with confusion, then exchanged glances. Then they said, he must be visiting a passed family member.
But recently I was told, when they looked at the cemetery, there was nobody there.
Another story would be when I was 14. There's a giant forest behind my house and if you follow a path, you can get to the Chattahoochee River. So I walked outside to water the plants at night (because I had forgotten to earlier) and I heard a crackle. Looked up to see nothing but blankness. Then followed a hear splitting shriek coming from within the forest. I went inside nearly shitting myself, asking my parents "What the hell was that?? Did you hear it??"
I got the reply "Hear what?" I told myself HA -blam!- THAT, and decided to water the plants in the morning.
And I know I heard it, my dog reacted to the scream as well.

When I was like, ten, my parents took me to see some movie. Don't remember what it was, but whatever. I got a little separated from my parents in the midst of the huge crowd that populated the vast main foyer, so I started frantically searching about. All of a sudden, I hear a very stern "Jacob... [my name is Jacob, by the way]" from right behind me. I turn around, and this complete stranger with beady eyes was staring me down sternly and doing the one finger "come here" motion, slowly, threateningly. Startled, I hesitantly traipsed over to where he was standing. I didn't know who he was, but apparently he knew I was, and apparently he had purpose—I didn't know what the fuck to do. Before I reach him, however, a small black child, way smaller than I was, galloped towards the man. He happened to be standing parallel to the man's sight of me, so I totally thought he was looking at me instead. The black kid even shared my name. I turn back around to see both of my parents laughing hysterically at me.
