don't worry about haters. If there was never negative feedback nothing in this world would even exist. evolution is a good example of negative feedback lol

I believe god and evolution can both exist and both be right. I don't believe in one god or another, all I know is there's one, and all gods are probably that one. I feel like god is everything and nothing, physical and non physical, male and female. I believe anything material, (including the plastic in your computer) has the essence of god in it because it is a material of the universe that it created. I always wondered how god "made us in his image" but there's females so I was like holy shiz, he must be BOTH, everything and nothing! everybody and nobody! everyone is god and classified as his children because they all have the essence of it vibrating inside you as your "soul" or life energy. I've always thought science and religion are intertwined like the fabric of space. for instance, god could have kickstarted the universe, but evolution could have still taken place. if he was the all powerful one I feel like he could control evolutions path by knowing already what will happen. I also think evil or "Satan" is also part of god because I feel if he is everything he is good and also evil. but I've heard Satan isn't necessarily evil, just that he is supposed to see the bad side of things 24/7, and possibly is there to weigh your sins in the end kind of like a lawyer in a courtroom. and if you think about it if there was no evil, there would be no good, because good needs something malevolent to be measured against to be benevolent. kind of like yin yang. sorry to get all philosophical on your ass lol not trying to jump down your throat with my beliefs or anything but I like to share my ideas in hopes that I can expand others minds and help them see the world from another perspective and make them think for a minute. :]

  • A lot of strange reasoning in my opinion, but I'm just going to question one claim – how can you *know* that there is a god/creator? What do we honestly know about what's needed for a universe such as the one we live in to come into existance? Also, one would think evolution should be at least hinted in the Bible (if it really is "the word if God" which I highly doubt). Anyway, to not accept evolution as the best explanation for the diversity of life on Earth is to ignore evidence, so yes – even if someone claims they're Chrisitian they should accept evolution.

I feel like if you knew it would defeat the purpose because you would believe only because you knew it was there. I feel like if there was a creator it would want you to have faith in it not just because you knew but because you really had faith. also I don't necessarily think its Christian god. I think all cultures have their own names and practices etc for who they believe it is. if people don't believe in religion and evolution I feel like its almost just ignorance, cause if there's a being who can create everything I think they would have no problem guiding the path of evolution. also I am not 100% sure but I think the bible was probably written before the theory/fact of evolution

Well, I think that if there is a creator he would like more if you believed in him for good reason, not something as vague as "faith". The problem with faith is that it I so arbitrary. I mean it's easy to say that all religions are about the same god but the views on what this good likes and how he wants us humans to behave are quite different. So is the case between groups even within the same religion. I don't see faith as a virtue. There should be good reasons for believing in things. If the creator is a loving being who can do anything I think it's strange that he went with evolution to get humans on Earth. Life on Earth is pretty harsh. Evolution doesn't seem very loving and caring when you examine it. Yes, it's true that the Bible is much older then the idea of evolution. Still, one would think perhaps the Bible should have mentioned or at least hinted on evolution (or any other recently discovered scientific finding) if it really is the word of God. But no, there's nothing more than what was known at the time.

  • well yes nobody should have blind faith without reason. whoever god is I assume they are benevolent but also firm, as I said if they made themselves known nobody would believe properly so I also think they would teach us through our mistakes. like they have been brought upon us by our own doings. im sure you have been in some situations where ultimately good comes from bad. ive even heard part of Satanist faith is the fact that we get all of our spiritual power and determination from our own personal demons. I feel like if there was ANY intervention it would probably be something subtle like dodging a bullet. I also think faith has been coloured a lot by the individuals that lead the faith to begin with. (example; even though Christianity is supposed to frown upon gays god probably wouldn't want them hunted down and killed) I think a lot of the people back in the day didn't have a lot of the same views we do now so viewed things in a very closed minded way. honestly in the end I think it all just boils down to the feeling of love somehow. like its the ultimate power for all change good and evil
