Destiny Expansion Packs for Xbox

I'm a little confused. I have preordered the Limited Edition of Destiny for Xbox 360. My question is will The Dark Below and House of Wolves DLC be timed exclusives? I know there are a few in game items like armor and guns that are timed exclusives but are the DLC themselves timed? Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks

Expansion packs haven't been mentioned to be timed at all. Only timed things are going to be that one PS4 specific Strike, and some PS4 gear.

The only timed exclusives are some gear and a map or two. Expansions are not timed exclusives.
