One Xbox fans plea to PlayStation fans.
Thank you all of my fellow gamers for taking the time to read this post. Basically all I wanted to do was make a post to you guys over at PlayStation asking for you to give us Xbox fans a chance. I understand a bad taste has likely been put in your mouth from all the whinny Xbox fans crying about the exclusive PlayStation content. However trust me when I tell you the majority of Xbox gamers are not like that. Unfortunately the people who complain are always the ones that cry the loudest. If you have read the comments on any of those threads I would hope you have seen other Xbox gamers putting them in their place.
That is pretty much all I have to say. I would really like to see a day when cross platforming is a regular thing and both Xbox and PlayStation fans can play the games we love together. So in closing I would just like to say WELCOME TO BUNGIE!!! Trust me you are in for some fun times!
EDIT: It seems a decent amount of people are confusing this thread for another "Add cross platforming to Destiny" thread. That was not my intention for this thread, I simply said I would like to see that in the future. Obviously it will not be happening any time soon because of Microsoft being stubborn.

I have no problems with all the extra snipets playstation gets only thing I think needs done is bungie has the means to scan profiles for players who redeemed a beta code & drop something special seeing as all beta players preorders/or not got the beta exclusives

Thanks for the welcome friend! I have deep respect for Xbox, but have been using PS since I was like 4 or 5 so I am a little emotionally biased. I think we should ban together and fight against the elitist Pc gaming N a z i s that are fogging up the forums, and on that note the world. Honestly, until the troll population is under control, I think may ignore the forum portion of the app. I would love for cooperation, but with there being so much conflict from both sides, Sony or Xbox, it's just going to be spoiled by the minority. As someone who has both consoles and I am neither American nor Japanese this so called console war is more like a civil war mostly fought in America! Look no matter how much we bitch about stop the console war, there is always gonna be a war as long as there competition in the world and sadly without competition the world would be less interesting yes. look at bungie they gave there years to Microsoft with there halo universe to us xbox players always impressing us with the new game. Now they have grown not competing on one platform like they use to but wanted to compete with EVERY PLATFORM GAME ON THESE CONSOLES PS3 PS4 Xbox360 and XB1there taking a risk signing with to devils Microsoft and Sony as much as I want to know how it worked and how they got them to agree for them to launch on all 4 consoles. Somethings are just left unsaid, with exclusivity. It just comes to those numbers that ring, In the end i'm happy PS fans will join us long time bungie fans in the ruling of there PSN bungie driven servers, while us xbox users will rule our Xbox live bungie driven servers :3 Let us rule the frontier in our respected networks in peace :3

I've liked Bungie since Marathon, but Myth (1 & 2) are all-time classics in my book. I'm glad they took special effort to make Destiny a feast for the eyes. I really don't get why liking a game console makes anyone hate others who have different consoles. Did Atari 2600 players go around dumping on those Colecovision degenerates? I only got a PS back in the day to play a particular game and just stuck with it because they just kept making it better and I could use most of my previous generation games with the newer one. That's no longer a factor though. Edit: Now I want a new Myth game.
