2034 then mankind makes its first steps on mars... 100 years later my guardian(lets call him "Stan") want to see zhe Future today so goes to a cold sleep centre and they put him in cold sleep ( Captain Obviously arrived xD) But then suddenly he wokes up bis timer on the cold sleep tube Shows him 2260 he crumbled on the floor and cought a bit then he saw a military officer or he asked him what's going on My guardian:"man why am I awake?!?it isn't the righg year!Whats going in here?" The officer:"well we're attacked.... My guardian:"attacked from what Officer: Well, we don't know".... He walks away My guardian walks out og the building with a few soldiers... The he saw a huge amphibian shaped ship over the city. It was realy big almost 40 km from ships engine to the bridge. The middle of the ship began to glow. And in the Moment were this glowing was at is brightest point the ship qas Hit by a beam of energy from another huge ship. The pieces crashed on the city and my guardian was hitten by a large piece ov its engine.... The another big ships is atm known as fallen ship... I revamped my character story that I initially posted on another thread here awhile ago.. I hope you guys enjoy it! (p.s. you may recognize where some inspiration is adapted from). ------------------ During the golden age, this human was born on Mars (technically being a Martian). In early childhood, his mother became apart of the expedition team, so they moved to Earth where the frontier exploration station was located - She spent a lot of time in the outer reaches of space helping humanity discover new locations for their civilization to expand upon. His father was a scientist who worked for the Academy of Venus, so he didn't see him around too much. Spending most of his time out and about in the city, he was bound to get into trouble - some of the local kids bullied one of his friends (being the smart kid around) and he wasn't too strong himself, so they would take a good beating.. at least until his other friend always showed up and she would single handedly man-handle the bullies. Kazhooulte always disliked that she would interfere and feel the need to protect him - they were outcasts. His friend would show him this strange folio with a star chart and all of the planets. He and his friend always fascinated about the wonders of exploring the outer reaches of the city and beyond, which is why he admired his mother being on the expedition team. One day, his mother returns to the city after completing her tour. There was plenty excitement seeing her and the team marching into the city, he told himself that he would join the expedition team one day. As his mother passed by, something about her seemed different.. Later that day when his mother arrived home, it was then revealed to him what was different about her. The physical appearance was not the same anymore.. her complexion was a light violet-bluish, her eyes and hair were pale blonde. He demanded that she explain what happened but she refused to say anything except that she was awake now.. he never knew what that meant. As he was coming of age, he told his mother that he was going to join the expedition team; she became furious with him and forbid him to do no such thing.. he lashed back saying he didn't want to be caged within the city forever and left to get some air. Not too long after his brief stroll, he heard the city sirens going off, then suddenly explosions.. the city was under attack. As he recovered from shell shock while clearing the rubble off himself, he remembered his mother was home alone and could be in danger. When he got there he saw her under a lot of rubble, he removed as much as he could but her leg was still trap and the invaders were closing in. She told him to save himself, but he refused.. he looked around only to see huge beasts towering over them with enormous armor and heavy machine guns. His two friends swooped in and were shocked to see his mother trapped. They all tried to lift the debris off her leg but they were not strong enough. He stood there clenching his fist, ready to fight the enclosing invaders with bare arms - then suddenly another person came smashing in.. he was astonished by the brute force of impact and how it left some sort of electric aftershock.. it was his uncle. His uncle shouted that they need to get out of there, then he saw his sister was trapped under the rubble.. he tried to get her out but to no avail could he succeed. She told him to just take them and go - his uncle had no choice, he took them, but Kazhooulte shouted and struggled, he wanted to save his mother.. the beasts started raining a hail of bullets in their direction and just as his uncle leaped away with them he saw a torpedo barely miss them and made impact where his mother was.. he watched her die. He was devastated.. he vowed to exterminate every single one of those beasts. Some years later - After his extensive training and the war that continued to wage against these unknown forces, he was given instructions help man twilight gap.. he was leery since that is where the incident that changed him forever occurred. The task was simply to patrol and reinforce any vulnerabilities. It has been five years since those beasts were last seen. He proudly looked out unto the city, admiring how far mankind has rebounded since that day.. feeling enthusiastic about humanity reclaiming what's rightfully theirs.. he surely believed they could win - then suddenly there was a large echo blast, a huge fleet of ships were entering the atmosphere just over the twilight gap. Everyone was frozen in shock for a moment as they stared. The huge ships gravity alone sent a shockwave that blasted away the defense line as it closed in. His squadron of guardians started to panic, this was only their first task out of the academy.. they didn't know what to do. A flashback of what happened that day to his mother struck him as he remember his vow.. He picked up his rifle and shouted to everyone that now is the time to fight back, not to let history repeat itself. The huge beasts marched towards them, a hail storm of bullets and explosions going both ways. There were only a few of them against an army, but they continued to fight strong. They were mostly under pressure by torpedoes.. he tried to spot where it was coming from and saw one huge monster with some strange rocket launcher on his shoulder.. that looked to have some kind of wolf engraving, it was blasting torpedoes relentlessly. Too many of them were getting picked off, the only option was retreat.. He knew the only way for his remaining squad to have an chance at escaping, was to take down the beast with the rocket launcher. He pulled his blade from his side and creeped around to the ledge cloaking himself, it only lasts for a short time but was enough to get in range undetected. Once in range, he leaped onto the beast shoulder, slashing its throat and leaped back as it fell to the ground. His team mates were happy now they could all escape. As he was about to make his way back to them, he suddenly fell to his knees.. he couldn't move. Some strange little creature had got a hold of him.. he never seen it before, but it looked like a miniature version of the much larger monstrosities they were fighting against. It was holding him with some kind of death grip, but just as one of his team mates sent a bullet flying through its forehead, it had already drained him of his light. The next thing he remembers was waking up to some strange floating rubik's cube, mumbling nonsense to him.. in the middle of a barren wasteland.
