Im going to cut and paste what i said to another person. But if u have a further question please start a new comment so i dont miss. I dont often scroll too far down.

I plan on preordering the Digital Guardian Edition from the PlayStation Store. My understanding is that I will be able to preload the game on Sept 7th. Then play on the 9th. "I haven't seen any official references supporting this". My Questions: Is the preload on the 7th confirmed? If so can you supply me a link? Im in US CST, what time would I be able to play the game? When the servers go live world wide? Midnight locally? Or a specific time designated by Bungie? Could you please supply me a link for this as well. I couldn't find a previous thread covering theses questions so I came here. I appreciate your time, thank you! Party On!
Preload is confirmed by multiple sources. Including playstation. Look at the details under destiny in playstation store. http://www.gamespot.com/articles/destiny-becomes-ps4-s-first-game-to-support-preloading/1100-6419788/ This is one article. As for what time your time zone will be green lit, Try this. http://www.worldtimebuddy.com It will be release midnight Bungie time. Which is PST
but you can rest assured that Destiny will launch on September 9th at 12:01 AM [Pacific Standard Time]. This is a true midnight launch for Bungie, as they base themselves out of a suburb of Seattle, Washington. Yes, this may also mean that those who live in the Eastern parts of the USA and other countries around the world must wait for Destiny to launch concurrently for everyone. Those in New York will then wait until 3 AM on the 9th, and those in the UK will be able to play at 8 in the morning for the concurrent launch. Attesting to this ideal, on Bungie’s last day of Beta testing, during server load testing they reset the servers to build a queue for re-logging into the title. This test is standard preparation for a concurrent launch, and we should expect a smooth launch if the Beta is any hint toward the final queue.
http://powerleveled.com/destiny-we-answer-your-biggest-questions-about-the-final-game/
