*Pops back in for a moment.* They're at odds with each other, because Boss doesn't want him saying he talks for him, and The Speaker is stubborn about continuing to talk to people, and called Boss a pretender. The Kolto I got is as close to natural as it can get, and is just as effective. The UNSC worked to synthesize it, and is able to with a 98% accuracy ratio. Now they're working on getting it to occur semi-naturally on a water world like Manaan. Anything else before I really leave?
