Which Personality Type Are You?
Most of you are probably already familiar with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test. Here's a link to a free test if you want to try it:

For those of you who don't know, the test is based on Extroversion vs Introversion, Sensation vs Intuition, Feeling vs Thinking and Perceiving vs Judging. If you have taken the test, feel free to retake it and tell us your personality type. I'm curious to see if there's a correlation between type, Destiny and forum activity.
I have my suspicions about some of you.

INTP, this time at least (A few months ago I was more ENTP), but only by a small margin.

Edited by RockyGeographer: 8/28/2014 6:04:35 AMINFJ/INTJ The non-binary (yes/no) test put me at INFJ with 14% feeling, and the other put me at 1% thinking. I suppose that's a good balance of the two! All other times in the past that I've taken these personality tests my results have been INFJ, so for the sake of keeping a tally you should put me down as that.

1 ReplyINTP. Most of the time. That's my main problem with the Myers-Briggs test. It takes a standard distribution curve, splits it right down the middle, and declares 49 to be completely different from 51. Then it does this 3 more times. (OK, OK, one of them is a bimodal distribution, not a standard distribution.) The question isn't really whether you're just barely on one side or other of the dividing line, it's how many standard deviations you are away from the dividing line, and in which direction. I'm strongly N and T.

6 RepliesINTJ is the second rarest type out there. There is absolutely no way that type has the most people. I guarantee you a lot of people answering were selecting based on how they wish they were as opposed to how they actually are in real life.

2 RepliesUnfortunately survey does not show population type distribution due to response bias. That is SJs and NTs tend to respond to surveys like this while SPs and NFs tend not to respond. There is a way around survey bias if interested but its a bit tricky. Nice idea to try though.
