I highly doubt that the PC will be getting Destiny. Bungie is bringing one of their best works to 4 systems at the same time and regularly updating them with content. A PC version would just lag them behind for the consoles they originally said to support. If there is going to be a PC version there won't be one for several years at the least. If you recall after Halo 2 no Halo games were released for PC and none will. Same as even some newer IPs. Here are some: Halo: MCC, The Order: 1886, Sunset Overdrive, KillZone: Shadowfall, and a swell of Console-Only exclusives. If it does come out on PC you prove me wrong, but don't hold your breath. I am seeing Destiny as one of the biggest and best exclusives to consoles so far.

Do you really think they would bring Destiny 2 to PC without releasing the first instalment at some point?
-
That I believe they would. I don't see the original coming to PC purely because it wouldn't be that much better on the best pc. Destiny 2 (or whatever it will be called, sounds kind of silly) will release on Next gen and PC alone, so people will have their better graphics, full 1080p @ 60fps and other new stuff. If the original does go to PC, PC players I think will be disappointed with it.

I think the fact that is showed up in the steam database is a reasonable indicator that a PC version is at least under consideration.
-
why not? Titanfall 2 is going to be multiplatform but the first installment is xbox exclusive.
-
Titanfall is on pc
-
But it's not on the playstation side. Will be in the next installment.

Titanfall had no story and was a big pile of poo.
-
not to me tbh.

Meanwhile, GTA is still coming to PC "Soon"... Oh, and Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls is just now being released this month, after being available on PC for almost 6 months... There are plenty of PC games that will likely never be coming to consoles. The same with everything platform. Just because the Master Chief collection isn't being released on PC, doesn't mean Destiny won't be released on PC. Optimizing the game for PC also wouldn't be as difficult as you might think. Especially for a developer of Bungie's size. Don't rule it out just yet.

I think it makes sense to come to pc but it there's always a chance they decide to pull the plug or it will end up as a shitty port. but hey, idgaf im on ps4 anyway, best of luck to the pc guys.
