Anyone who has played Last of Us, or any other shooter on MP, knows how sad the PSN is compared to the xbox community in terms of shooters/communication. 15% of PSNers use a mic, hardly ever use any teamwork, and have terrible dueling skills. It is not your (PSN) fault, you haven't had the proper shooters to cultivate your shooting skills into an honest to God FPSer's paradise of ownage. The time has not been put in to develop the skills necessary for a proper shooter.
Who saw it in the beta? PSN players would do the dumbest things, jumping in the air like a clay pidgeon, and take the worst routes to an objective, while xboners would take you head on and duel you for control of the lane, and use their mics to coordinate an effort.
Xbox people have had many FPS games to cultivate their skills, while PSNers had what? I'm sorry to say this, but Xboxers know how to fight in a shooter. PSNers are but peasants compared to the true kings of the shooter.
Debate all you want, but the facts speak for themselves. Facts are: tournaments, competitive play, and MLG. Which system do they usually choose? Xbox.
Here's hoping Destiny transforms you into the shooters we need you to be. Welcome to the realm of FPSers.

Dude, believe me. I have a full team of six ready to play the Crucible, and during the Beta, we won just about every match together by communicating the WHOLE time we were together. Sometimes, we would even decide to explore the Cosmodrome, so we decided to split up into two groups of three searching to find new loot. We would even tell each other what type of loot we got and the stats of that loot, and even though we split up into two groups, we still kept in the same party! Believe me, some (not all) of the PSN community communicates a lot. If this doesn't convince you, I don''t know what will.

Seriously the stupidest post I have read on here all week and that's saying a lot. I have been an xboxer and PSN user for several years and PSN have had just as many FPS games as xboxers excluding Halo. I play both sides and the gamers are just as good on both, neither is more adept then the other...a Mic does not a better player make.
-
I don't understand how choosing PSN or Xbox Live has anything to do with how much someone uses there -blam!-ing mic.
-
Considering that I have primarily played Halo on 360 for about 10 years now, and would consider my self rather capable at shooters, I look forward to the switch to PSN... Ima clean some serious house.
-
There are a lot of good PS4 players. A lot of us came from Halo. But I do agree that there are a lot more bad PSN players than XBL players. I played on both PS4 and XB1 and on PS4 there was a large gap between the top player and bottom player but on XB1 everyone was much closer to each other.
-
sad but true , I have to say people who don't use their mic ... well... they got no friends ... outdated about everything and playing dumb. But at least I know that most of the Xbone player will drop Destiny for CoD and Halo

Imo, and let me make this completely clear, in MY opinion, XBL has a much better community than PSN. Not just with FPS games, but with almost every genre. I own a PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, Original Xbox, XB360, and XB1. Love them all. Here's the catch: I haven't touched my PS stuff since April. However, both my XB1 and XB360 have been used religiously since I have acquired them. The reason being is that I bought Battlefield 4 and COD Ghosts for my PS4 and not a single person had a mic. No one to talk to, no fun. For me anyways. Xbox almost always has someone to talk trash to or befriend. Yes, I'll admit that XBL people aren't exactly friendly or mature all the time, but there is definitely a shit ton more people to talk to. There's a lot of hate going around between PSN people and XBL people. It needs to stop because there's no point. EVERYONE is going to have a different perspective when it comes to the "superior gaming console". There isn't one. Minor graphic differences and one console is more family and user friendly. Oh my god, I have to complain because I'm not getting what PSN is! No. Shut the -blam!- up and enjoy yet another great game made by our boys and girls at BUNGIE! By the way, -blam!- PSN!! Haha.

I know this is satire, but he is somewhat right , pan users deserve good fps's
-
Lol.........

The community is really the same for both sides. We aren't dumb people because we chose one console over the other. Sure the xbox 360 was a better place for FPS, but this "Our community is better" BS is really stupid.
-
My god a lot of us play station user use party chat to talk and play with our friends I don't use public chat on ps4 because I'm always in party chat and did u ever play ps3 because on Gta and other games a lot of people use mics
-
Troll alert

Congrats, you have rustled many jimmies!

Op is a knob

-
opinions do not equal facts
-
And again a xbox whinning kid... Most of psn ppl use chat with real friends instead of chatting in the game itself with random idiot kids. If you looking for affection then a game is not the place!!!
-
People really need to stop with the blanket statements.
-
lol, kids like you are the reason I'm glad to not be on Xbox Live anymore. Children unduly convinced of their own greatness get tiring after a while
-
......this bait is tempting but I'll pass because its a tad bit TOO obvious. 8/10 though

Ok I use PSN sure it gets annoying sometimes when people don't mic up but hell if your running with randoms its the risk you take. On the flip side if I ever play any game on my mates Xbone it sounds like a dam Elvin and the chipmunks concert. Sometimes silence is golden.
