Why do people bash on call of duty every year when MCC is NOSTALGIC as you call it , when it's all halos glued together with new graphics

1 ReplyIf Activision decided to do a "CoD box" with Call of Duty 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 in it with all the DLC and upgraded graphics/60fps on all of them, I'm sure people would buy it too.

2 Repliesyeah i think if it was halo 12 they were bringing out then your argument might be more relative, your comparison is like apples and deck chairs... I actually like what COD has done, starting from the old Wars and gone through the ages to future combat, i like that they have brought them out once a year and that 2 studios have been doing it. They have changed multilayer games and although i don't like that style i do think it is for the better... their emphasis on the story and the way they delivered it was done well and with continuity. I understand the MCC, as not having an xbox anymore and about to get rid of 360 it allows me to replay the classics again. would i prefer another game in the series yes, do i think the halo franchise should call it a day, yes probably before Halo4, though i liked what they did with reach and ODST so spin offs are a good idea. I feel the problem with COD is that the games are good, but set in relativly samey situations all grounded in reality, Russia Taliban Rouge millitary group its all stuff we have seen countless times before in games, books and films... the graphics are only getting marginaly better in recent years, and the gameplay cant change as it isnt broken and fixing it will only cause issues.. i think thats why people moan, it feels too samey... this next one though set in the future looks great and should add a massive change, i know i will be on it. I feel some of the people used to the MW and BO are gonna moan because its different... i look forward to the next hopefully further in the future and its COD on Mars or something?
