Change back the fire rate stat

The fire rate stat for guns used to be a number showing how many rounds the gun could fire per minute. I think that it was much more understandable and cool when the fire rate was a number. Lets get this to bungie and change it back guys!

    I think they are just making it easier to understand but it's unreliable nonetheless. Even if they put in the values, developers tend not to put in the correct information. That information is usually discovered by the players through extensive testing.
