They are almost literally too stupid to find their ass with both hands glued to it and a map tattooed to their chest. Remove that confining control on a person at at least they flounder and flail around, begging for "help" again. At worse they are taken advantage of because they are so stupid or just flat out die because someone wasn't supervising them.
