do xbox 360 people also get the dlc that is coming out in decemeber?

The DLC releases at the same time for everyone. Playstations gets a special little bit for each DLC (like a set of gear or something)

Will ps4 players get exclusive armor and weapons for all destiny games?

Unknown what it or if it will be. Microsoft seems to not care enough to counter offer a higher amount then Sony, so probably.
