Well its obviously for the beta, they want to test the 4v4 arena gameplay. There's a high chance there will be BTB in the game.

Focusing on 4v4 means it is unlikely we'll be getting BTB stuff. And 4v4 is such a bore.

With regards to the Beta, they've been talking about the focus on the small team 4v4 arena style gameplay. Indicating no BTB vehicles maps.
