Invisibility or ability to Time Travel
I would go with invisibility. Time travel can mess stuff up.
EDIT: I'm glad this is back. Many memories in this thread.

Regardless of all its possible consequences, I would choose the ability to travel through time. I, personally, don't think invisibility by itself is as cool as time travel would be.
