Let's try and lighten up the forums a little bit, shall we?
Tell us all the story of how your Guardian died! Their final moments..
What were they doing? What were they thinking?
So to get the ball rolling...
MY Guardian died after trying to get it on with that big ol' handsome Fallen, y'know, the one that jumped on the car?
Yeah.. needless to say it didn't end well.
TL;DR. Don't spank a fallen.

Edited by WizeNDeadly: 8/10/2014 5:27:39 AMShe died protecting her Clan Members, and fellow followers of the Traveler. *Note its long...*
We had run as far as we could go, as the fallen and hive trailed us into a corner. I had surveyed the enemies, and contemplated our chances. Slim, very slim. I consoled my fellow guardians, and we'd all come to the conclusion of hardly surviving this. We each had very few clips of ammo left, an our only shot was to make a run for it. Everyone had used their supers pulling each other out of every complex situation, even me. I could feel my light energy slowly recharging it would only be a few minutes more. The titans of our group were thinking about rushing in head on. Their such tanks... I glanced over at the hunters whom I had be friended, they were thinking the same things, yet they were filled with much hope and honor. It seemed like they were ready to die. They may be a bunch of stuck ups, but their still my friends... I was quietly discussing the options of survival with the other warlock in our group, but I had plans of my own. I was letting most of the conversation go over my head as I overlooked my own options, that would ensure my fellow guardians survival.Heh, despite his habit of over thinking things, he's still a nice guy... I picked up my auto rifle, and stood up. It wasn't long till I had heard the hunters telling me to get back, and let the titans deal with it. I held my hand up, and spoke over them. "I can open a window, but you've got one chance. Despite the window, they will still converge back around the nearest opponent. In which case we have no choice but to run. The second you see that opening. Run. Don't look back, just get on your sparrows and get outta here." I guess I had very subtly said my goodbyes, despite the pain I felt in my chest, it was the right thing to do. I smiled, it felt good to lead the pack for once. The titans, seemed to have accepted my plan and agreed. The hunters, despite their reasoning, saw my plans faults and nodded in acceptance. It had gone right over my fellow warlocks head. I smiled it would be better that way. "Go, take your positions on the side flanks. I'll take the middle." I moved into the middle, and threw out my grenade into the mass of enemies, and jumped right up throwing my nova bomb down below me. I had seen my fellow guardians take the opportunity and make a break for it. Upon the opening of the small window, I had caught a glimpse of my fellow guardians waving at me, each in their own unique ways. I figured I'd at least take a moment to say my final goodbye. I danced, for moment and let them know victory would always be ours. I forced a small smile from underneath my helmet, followed by a tear. I Continued to take on what was left of the enemies around me, and upon running outta ammo. I closed my eyes, and thanked the traveler, for the light that had guided me, and the friends that I had made. That light would reign on within my ghost forever, never would I let the darkness consume me. I felt my life slip away from me not to soon afterwards, and I realized. If I was truly reborn to protect the city, and fight along side my fellow guardians. I'd see them all again star-side at the tower, when my ghost finds me again.
