Yea but I think they are trying to keep it super kid friendly so parents buy it for kids. Unlike cod or bf also of parents won't buy M rated games. So If it had online voice your mom might hear some guy going off and not let you play Honestly I think thats why they did it. In old halos the had proximity chat even with the enemy and it made things... interesting.. Any way thats why I think they are not going to add it.
