I'd suggest looking at the two forum announcements in the clan http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/129938 to put it simply, the admins and I of the Lead Painters clan are tryhards, generally 2k/d with high Win/Losses, with a lot of experience pubstomping across multiple games. Lots of teamwork and coordination. And we would like to find more players.
