So u can only use dead orbit rep with dead orbit vendors. Make sense? The only faction marks ive seen have been for vanguard. I could be wrong though. (Crucible marks too)

Yes u can do missions for all and any u want. And you should do them all! They all have unique loot and class items and other gear.
