Just make Raids so they can be played by people who set up their fire teams WITH THEIR friends so they can accomplish amazing legends together with friends they've known and trusted for years. And set up Raids so when they don't have friends available they can accomplish amazing legends that build the bonds of gaming friendship. It goes like this: Select and create your fireteam in orbit, launch and go on a Raid. AND.... Set up a "Raid Contract" option in orbit for Team leaders where they can set the required levels they need, and the BOUNTY board at the tower displays "open Raid contracts" of Team Leaders in orbit waiting to be joined, but can only be joined by the Team Leaders set level requirements on the contract. *shrug* Gnight all.
