Since the Vault of Glass is Bungie's hardest challenge ever made throughout any of their games, there should be a memorial somewhere within the Tower of the first team who is capable of completing this challenging raid. It would be a statue of the fireteam that completed it and a plaque near it would stay there forever reading, "This unstoppable fireteam conquered the most challenging feat we have ever made and therefore grant this as a token of congratulations. Your fireteam will go down in history." There player ID's would be listed underneath Bungie's message.
It would be very unique to give the first fireteam some recognition, because according to "stories", an eSports team played for about 14-16 hours and could not complete this raid. I think that the first players that can complete this raid should be awarded with a memorial or some statues as a commemoration to their act of heroism. It should be known that this fireteam was able to complete this challenge and that they were the first in Destiny history.

I see no point in it. After this one, then what? They're going to keep releasing new content, so should the first people keep getting recognition via a statue in game? Also if we're supposed to be "the" guardian, then such a thing would kinda break the immersion from a storyline POV. Not that I would be against something like a special emblem or whatever, but a statue in the tower is a bit much imo.
