Does anyone know how the sunsinger and defender subclasses spawn orbs of light with their supers?
I'm not looking for speculation or some guess you have. I'm wondering if anyone KNOWS how it works.
EDIT: I know about the various skills they both have that give them additional ways to generate orbs of light, but I'm asking about the base abilities without augmentation from other skills.

Defender drops orbs when his shield takes hits. Not sure anyone knows sunsinger, but betting on kills while active.

Sunsinger drops orbs for kills with anything in your arsenal while active.

I am playing Sunsinger, and I can confirm, you get 1 orb per kill while skill is active, and with the ability increases, well placed rockets netted my party over 20 orbs, and gave them their supers twice, which in turn gave me enough orbs to be supercharged again, and thus it went, and it was good!

I'm pretty sure sun singer does on kills, and defender as it takes damage. Pretty sure the skill only increases that rate.

There are abilities along the skill tree which have a chance to spawn orbs.

Going to assume they spawn with kills or other actions while you are under the effect of the sunsinger buffs with its super.

Defenders generate Light Orbs through various passives from killing enemies with Melee or with Heavy Weapons. They can also get Orbs from having enemies shoot at the shield. I don't know about Sunsingers, because I'm not into space magic.

The Defender subclass spawns them around the Titan while the super is being used. Not sure about Sunsinger.
