It wasn't just dancing, it was dancing over a corpse....the corpse of the player the dancing player just killed... it would be like scoring a touchdown, and then doing a celebratory dance in the face of the opponent that was covering you - you would be penalized for that...you have no argument here - it's either taunting or excessive celebration, either one is considered unsportsmanlike conduct, by the definition of the term. But even if you were to completely disregard the whole unsportsmanlike conduct thing, I still see those actions as childish and disrespectful, which still gets you on my avoid player list.
