Let's say...
You're standing on a dock that sits over a lake.
You see your pet and a stranger drowning, your pet on the left and the stranger on the right. They are both the same distance away from you.
You only have time to save one, so you must choose. There's absolutely no way to save both of them.
So who would you save?
-
Both of them.
-
Even if that ohana includes a dog or a somewhat dog-like mutant-alien.
-
My pet.
-
My pet. Obvious, really.
-
Stranger,
-
Plot twist, my pet is a Dolphin and the Stranger is a Scuba Diver who forgot to put his mask on.
-
Tell my pet beluga to save the person. I hate the water and I'm not going swimming in cold ocean/lake/river water if I can help it.
-
Don't have a pet. Save stranger.
-
Thats stupid dogs and humans can swim. But if I had to choose it would be the human because dogs aren't that intelligent and dogs have a lower life spanned than humans.
-
Pet, screw strangers
-
My puppy and cats has brought me far more happiness than most people I know. So my pets obviously.
Let's say... You're standing on a dock that sits over a lake. You see your pet fish and a stranger drowning, your pet fish on the left and the stranger on the right. They are both the same distance away from you. You only have time to save fish.
-
I would save my pet.
-
Always save family first.
-
does this remind anybody else of the Walking Dead video game.
-
The stranger's pet.

Edited by FeelGoodCEO: 8/5/2014 2:33:18 AMThe person. I love my pet but I refuse to let another person die while I could have saved them. If I have to live with the regret then that's my burden to bear, but at least I can take solace in that I gave someone another chance at life.
-
This is going to have me thinking up moral dillemas to prove people's inconsistencies all night. Thanks lot, OP.
-
dog can swim m8. id go get the person
-
What if my pet is a narwhal. > Loophole master race
-
Screw the random dude wtf my dog is way cooler and is a chick magnet. Now if the stranger is a total babe then I'd have to think twice about it.
-
-
My pet. They are family.
-
This isnt even a question, my pet.

Edited by ducksToDucks: 8/5/2014 12:45:03 AMWouldn't a pet be able to swim? Why can't the person swim? Real answer: neither.
