Vault of Glass
Any speculation on this "Ultimate Reward of Destiny?"
Post you ideas here.
Ex: Perhaps the 3rd and final subclasses are unlocked?

It's a raid... the "ultimate reward" is awesome loot. Also, 3rd subclasses are still in development, so not likely.

I was thinking as a reward we would get our 3rd sub-class unlocked for our character or an exotic gear that allows us to modify our sub-classes after they have been locked down.

I imagine it has to be some sort of unique exotic equipment. Can also see them adding an exotic spaceship/sparrow/ghost skin for completing either version.

Remember the Iron Banner? Needless to say I'm not thinking pessimist on purpose. I mean after it takes us 50 times plus to complete it who wouldn't be pissed right? So just keep this in mind ;) Me myself not being a in clan, I wouldn't mind joining the clan Datto is in for raids. Though it seems impossible for just "regular" Destiny gamers who need to be discovered.

3 RepliesI can see two possible outcomes. One is where u can build a full set of Glass Armor. The other and more likely will be a good 'OL Bungie Troll Reward like a big cookie made from the Traveler's Space Oven.

I think there'll be a quest reward which you get for completing the raid which you hand in at the tower for a class item or a piece of exotic loot. And I think the bosses involved in the raid will probably have the chance to drop a piece of an exotic loot set. I think it would be really cool if a new subclass was the reward though. Complete the most difficult challenge the game has to offer and then they throw you a new class to grind completion of. It would certainly add another bit of replayability.

1 ReplyI'm thinking it's a recon-esque single piece of equipment, a helmet or gun that will make it obvious to others in the tower that you're badassery is only matched by others who have also completed the Vault of Glass.
