For me, I would load food, water, guns, and family into my truck and head to a nearby marina that has a massive floating dock. Occupy floating dock, boil water for extra water, fish and search nearby stores and restaurants for food. Barricade walkway to dock and if needed disconnect dock from shore.

More plausible to plan for a mass viral outbreak. Even then you are most likely only in bad shape if your in the city where it started to spread and or entered the country.

Grab all the bottlecaps I can get hold of and move to Rivet City. If Super Mutants can't get in, then zombies... I mean, feral ghouls... can't do it. Regular ghouls I have no problems with, in fact some of my friends are ghouls. Slightly more seriously, move to Catalina Island in California. Far enough from the mainland that it's almost impossible for zombies to make it, very small population for its size, has its own water, electricity and hospital setups, bison available to be hunted for fresh meat and can go fishing year round.

I already live on the high ground, so my plan would be to make to to the coast line, steel a boat, make it to England, hopefully meet my family on the coast and access the situation. I always wanted to hold it out in a shopping mall with plenty of supermarkets for food, like dawn of the dead.

I have 37 different zombie plans.

*Already lives in Alaska*...I don't even have to try.

Move to the mountains and hunt.

Teach them to dance, form ultimate dance team, and revive disco!

Run. Just run.

Zombie plans are lame You must instead prepare for the robot revolution. It's much more plausible and realistic. Even if they don't become sentient. Zombies are simply a fantasy of nerds who know little of proper biological functions. A robot revolution however can stem even from criminal humans creating rogue machines to carry out their biding. Though it wouldn't be fitting to call it a revolution, it would more than likely be coined the term.

This is similar to mine. In a perfect world I would be camping out on the U.S.S. Intrepid in New York. Its in the water, but probably like 30-40 feet above it. The ship also has a massive interior, with bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and storage rooms (all without power of course). It was converted to a museum but I'd take the ramps off to deter zombies. Basically you would be in the eye of the storm. (Surrounded by one of the largest infected cities on earth, but still untouchable)

Commit suicide. Fuk that shit.
