Share us stories where you almost got into a wreck. You can do wrecks too. Here's mine:
After school my dad was driving my brother and I home. We were on a highway, for reference. So we're driving, and all of a sudden there's a truck swaggerin' on down in our lane (two lanes, btw). I don't know what he was thinking, whether he was texting or if he was drunk. Anyways, my dad doesn't notice him until he's about 10-15 feet away. My dad has to get into the shoulder to avoid getting hit (just to point out how far into the lane he was). It was a very close call and would have been a horrid wreck had we not noticed him in time. The truck doesn't get back into the other lane until the car behind us has to get out of the way. Some people here in Texas don't need a license.
I did get in a wreck, but it wasn't in a car, exactly.
When I was in 8th grade, I had to ride the bus everyday. We were at an intersection, and it was our turn to go. There was this little SUV that didn't stop, and like 2 seconds before we actually collided, I knew we were going to crash. So we did, the SUV was wrecked, the bumper and front right mirror of the bus were gone. Supposedly, the other car's driver was pregnant, already had a baby in the car, was on the phone; those were the rumors I heard.
