I feel this game is missing a huge part of any social game! Trade between players! There doesn't even seem to be an option to sell your unwanted weapons to merchants, only dismantle them (let's be honest, 32 glimmer for a rare hand cannon is a deliberate smack in the face), or store them.
I really feel an auction house (Like the one in WoW, or FIFA/Madden Ultimate Team) should be implmented in the game. Sure I may not be a fan of pulse rifles, but that Legendary Pulse rifle may be just what someone else is looking for.

An easy way of implementing this trade feature would be to initiate part of the system Bungie already has implemented. Mailing items: Highlight the item in your vault. Select "Mail". Upon selecting "mail", a menu opens with your current Destiny Fire team. Select the fireteam member you wish to ship the item to, and that person can retrieve it at the post master. Trade option: Highlight the name of the person in your fireteam. Select "trade". Upon selecting trade, a window opens up with 5 slots. Highlight each slot and select it which opens your inventory. Repeat until items you've chosen are finished being selected. Upon finishing, highlight an option at the bottom of the trade window titled "Print Trade Receipt". The items being traded are then removed from your inventory, and the servers auto save the items in a "trade zone". Your inventory now contains a receipt with a list of the items you and that person agreed to trade. Highlight that receipt, and select "Claim Items". The items you traded for now appear in your inventory, after the receipt was claimed. This process negates "pulling plugs" and "dash boarding" during a trade process due to the fact the items don't go from one player to another. The items go into an area that stores their data to be retrieved. So as players can't attempt to duplicate items. I'm also fine with no trade system whatsoever. But if Bungie implements it, remove the player to player option and use the server as a go between. It denies duplication if the players save file is inaccessible. It's up to Bungie to work out the kinks. ;o)
