USMC bootcamp. What should I expect?
Hello guys! I'm leaving to bootcamp August 18th and will be gone for 3months. Any of you out there who've gone through it who wish to share stories on what it will be like?

1 ReplyThere's this little bit where they line you up next to this shed. You're told to go in there and recite a bunch of bs. Oh the best part of this exercise. They spray the living -blam!- out of the shed with beastly strength pepper spray.

A lot of getting yelled at, but that's all military BCT, even the Navy and Air Force. Based on what my friends told me since they're all still in service.

Keep your eyes and ears open and your mouth shut. If you haven't been running and doing push ups and pull ups yet you should start meow. They are going to put you on the grinder with the other chucks and PT you and someone quits. And then they are going to do it again. What MOS/job did you pick?
