Let me start of by saying that this is not a balance complaint thread.
I just found that the Titan's pulse grenade and aftershocks FoH upgrade, along with the Warlock's vortex grenade and vortex NB upgrade, AND the Hunter's swarm grenade (and presumably the tripmine as well, but we'll have to wait and see) all suffered from one terrible error in the crucible.
In the crucible, there was no way to tell a friendly death zone apart form an enemy death zone.
If you got to a fight where an allied warlock had thrown a vortex grenade, but you hadn't seen him throw it, you would have to avoid that zone or risk dying, as it might be an enemy's.
Thoughts?

Yeah I didn't mind how the grenades work but I would like an indication of friend or foe grenades. Finally a decent post on here.
