hey what's up everyone??!
So I've been a Halo fan my entire life.....The good Halo's at least, (1, 2 & kinda 3)
And getting your 6 kill Killtrocity and your 10 streak Running Riot was more satisfying, because I would be notified, by emblem and by a voice screaming at me.....
I'm NOT asking for Destiny to have someone screaming TRIPLE KILLLLLL every time you get a triple kill.......but i just want something
I know an emblem pops up for things, triple down, and merciless for a 5 kill streak...
but theres always banners popping up and they all look exactly the same. I just want a more unique way to get the player involved and more enthused about doing well in PvP
The only reason I came to this forum is because I had a 15 kill streak during the beta, yet there was so much going on at the moment, I'm not going to acknowledge a banner. The only way I knew was a friend saw it in the bottom left. I would rather have a much larger text, emblem, or a specific/unique sound effect that plays for multikills and killstreaks.....
"Yeah,...... well, you know, that's just,....like, your opinion,......man" --"The Dude

Hows it goin! Recently I've played the destiny beta for its entire availability. I was skeptic and now i'm sold on the game come September, though there are some aspects that I think could change the gamer experience entirely, one being the kill streak notifications. I am a fan of the Halo's, 2 being my absolute favorite and in total agreement with H4RDC0R3 in wanting just a little more. Comparatively in the Halo's it was always gratifying getting your kill streaks as the voice kept getting louder, more excited and enthusiastic During my time playing the beta I can honestly say the only notification I took notice to was a message coming out of the bottom left of my screen in white text faintly expressing my streak, though getting the streak is always fun I am looking for a goal to strive for, a sound, a symbol, something not only notifying but gratifying and not to mention something that keeps me motivated. I have high hopes that this forum will bring a lot of input to surface and maybe into play for the final rendering of this game. Please share your thoughts!
