I see a bunch of people on the Forum panicking about this, so here's a bit of knowledge.
If you played during the 2 hour "special session" to stress the servers; whether you played Iron Banner in the Crucible or went to knock out the Moon mission, you will get your special Beta Tester Emblem.
Bungie has a record on their servers of every LIVE GT/PSN ID that logged on and played during that time. All of those Gamers will get the Emblem when the game launches in September.
It makes no sense for them to give out the Beta Tester Emblem to the Beta Testers during the Beta.
It's sad I had to make this thread, but maybe some clarification will help.

Is there any way to confirm that the login was registered? Or do we just have to wait until September and hope?

And what about those of us who pre ordered the game and don't get any special recognition for playing in during that time because we simply couldn't connect to your servers? Also, it disappoints me to have been in the beta but not gain anything special or memorable about it.

It's a pretty naff looking emblem anyway. No big deal. I'll get one as I took part but I'll likely never even use it.

Bumping this doesn't make it any more interesting. Beta testers who b preordered should get the beta tester emblem, not people who had nothing better to do on a Saturday night.
-
Hi, did you have to complete the moon mission to get the beta emblem, or be online at the specific time?
-
Technically the emblem window was four hours, two hours was the moon window.
