The reason #Destiny will never be a place for sensible conversation
I post a thread using raw statistics to compare the max damage potential and DPS of two guns, I explaining my methods in detail so it can be easily replicated, post the results number by number, and what is one of the replies?

A lot of forums have trouble holding a decent topic for a period of time without it being washed away from the daily garbage. Haven't you seen #Offtopic? Battlelog forums seem to have been a mess back in BF3, but I'm not too sure on that.

12 RepliesI do agree with u thier are soo many immature people here but i disagree with all dps calculations due to the fact u will miss bullets, u will have different accuracy per shot with each gun, they just too narrowed in thier pov they dont give u much info on how they work in game.

You are correct, and it will only get worse after launch when the nerf crowd starts yelling. I wish I would have been a part of the forums while the game was in actual development. I would imagine the sensible users will migrate to the other outlets on here..
