Before I sound like a whiner I just want to say that I have followed this game for over a year and a half and built some huge expectations and have told all my friends about it and now they are excited and I want to say my expectations have been blown away in every sense and so have my friends. It is by far the funnest game I can remember playing and is so immersive, visually stunning, and perfect for co-operative play I can't get enough. But there is one area which my expectations have been let down. So, I don't know if I am the only one that has been disappointed by this, but I certainly wouldn't think so. I have been reasonably disappointed since the Alpha and now into the Beta that there is so little personalized customization. I was hoping with all of the promises from Bungie about Destiny's insane customization possibilities as well as insane amounts of different gear and weapons. I was hoping that if I got a rifle that I would be able to do what they showed in those vidocs of the same rifle changing through so many different looks/styles, colors, patterns and even shapes with my rifle. Maybe this is just a Beta thing but I certainly would love for everyone to look like that perfectly individualized and personalized snowflake of a Guardian that I always envisioned.
