I downloaded the beta to my Xbox 360 HDD like it asked and when I went to open the game it got me past the first menu, then froze and an Xbox live error came up saying the disc was unreadable and to remove it, but it was a download. I re-downloaded it twice and cleared caches a couple times but it didn't work. I talked to a Xbox support rep but they said there is nothing you can do so if there's anything you know of please share.
