This secret isn't anything big, but me and my friends were consumed by this for a half hour or more. So no worry of spoilers or cheats. We thought it would be a good idea to put this out there so others could have fun, kinda like the soccer ball and the purple slow fall ball in the tower. In the tower, when you travel there, there is a staircase to the left. If you travel up this staircase, you will find some metal pallets on the ground. Find these by turning around when you come up the staircase. When you walk over these pallets, it will show that you can press the 'X' button to activate a fan. You will notice a fan across from the railing on the top of the roof of the building offering mail services. You can get to this fan by hopping a little over the railing onto the edge, and sprint jump onto the building with the fan on it. If a player stands on the fan as another player activates the fan, the player will rise in the air. And, if the player on the fan were to jump while the fan was activated, its possible to 'super jump' into the air.
