MY PROBLEM IS BEING IGNORED

Myself and about 6 others have been blowing forums up trying to get help with what feels like an install issue unique to us. We have all followed the XboxOne install directions perfectly for MULTIPLE installs but the beta still gives the corrupted install message POST installation. We haven't seen a solution and the only acknowledgement I've seen was a mentor that said he would contact a Bungie employee immediately and that was over 3 hours ago. I need a Bungie employee or a Mentor to PLEASE look at this and give me some kind of confirmation.

    BEGINNING TRANSMISSION: (Low melodious hum.) Trust me, this issue is far from unique to you. As expected, errors will happen and due to this being a beta, things will happen that not even us will be able to fix immediately. With working on Destiny and improving the Beta, responses and fixes will take time. Since there are various factors included in this issue such as network, system, etc, it will be even more difficult to work out. Your best option now while you wait is to contact your consoles respective support team (Xbox Support or PlayStation Network Support) and explain your issue to them. ENDING TRANSMISSION:
