EDIT: thanks to OneBlueAstronaut for confirming its working, a simple relog fixed the issue and it is indeed working Hi guys first time topic creator here so go easy on me. After unlocking chain of woe (precision kills increase reload speed, stacks up to 3 times) i was shocked to realise that the skill did absolutely nothing when paired with my hand-cannon. I use a mos gannon III with the outlaw mod (precision kills dramatically increase reload speed) which I have a problem with too, you have to reload directly after precision killing an enemy, otherwise if you shoot any other enemy the bonus wears off. Back to my original point with chain of woe, I tested the reload speed without any modifiers on a standard hand-cannon and getting precision kills DID NOT speed up my reloads at all. As a hand-cannon lover this was a terrible realisation. To conclude, I hope you guys at Bungie jump onto this as it defeats the purpose of being a gunslinger focused around handcannons. Maybe add a visual clue of how many stacks you have and timers for both chain of woe and outlaw buffs so we have some idea of how long our quick reload window is. Other than that, I am having an amazing time playing the beta.
