Casual Clothes when in the city

Armors are awesome yet you should give us a chance to wear something else when not on duty. Allow us to buy and wear civilian clothes when in "the city"

Kind of like where this idea is going but I think they wanted the tower to be a place to show off gear... hmmm... idk
