Silhouette in companion app?

I can't see my character or any weapons or ships! It's just a black Silhouette! If anyone else has this problem and can help me fix it, please reply! Thanks!!

Thanks for the report. Your iOS device can't render our 3d. The program detects this and shows you the silhouette.
