Open Iron Banner Door
Really don't see why it would be an issue.. the event is officially over, no one can gain anymore rep for it, so let those that played crucible non-stop and left no time to buy things, or those who didn't know of the [i]incredibly[/i] short 2 hour duration, buy the gear that they earned.

All I did for the whole 2 hours was kill people and enjoy the new maps. Didn't get jack shit and apparently there was some dude hidden somewhere

I agree too. I spent the whole event gaining ranks and Glimmer only to see that big door Shut in my face when I went to buy that badass cape.

It opens again today. At 2pm pacific (5pm eastern) and 7pm pacific (10pm eastern). So calm down you will have your chance. Follow @bungie on twitter for updates about events. It's easier

I don't understand why this area is closed off. It should be open all the time to have players get familiar with it, it was pure luck I got there yesterday.

Kind of a big space for just one guy. But yeah, there's no way all those bounties could have been done in a two hour time frame. Having it cycle will work better.
