Great Piece of Advice Here Bungie/Destiny
I totally agree with all that he said on the video. Please Bungie/Destiny take into consideration.

I think this could easily be balanced with a good match making system. I'm not sure how well their match making system is now, but if they checked each character based on past k/d and their current gear, they could easily match people with similar weapons and avoid having to change the gear.
