Droids beat The Flood. Yuuzhan Vong beat the Halo array. They should their vessels with black holes, an are able to even harness all of the energy thrown into the black holes and release it back out as either an explosion or a controlled beam of energy.

Nope. the Flood cannot infect droids, which there are trillions of in the Star Wars universe. Billions of those were created solely for war and are very effective at it. The Halo array would not be able to kill the Yuuzhan Vong, you cannot penetrate a black hole, and if they are able to redirect that energy back at their opponents, then even if their weapons are not strong enough to hurt the Precursors, then the Precursors would be destroyed by their own weapons. The Rakata also have the ability to create something similar to Shield Worlds and could protect themselves and other species. They also have the Star Forge, something that harnesses the power of stars and the Dark Side of the Force in order to create an infinite amount of warships and war droids.

Actually, in a weird way, Flood have the ability to infect AIs. Examples include Mendicant Bias and Cortana.
