Let's say someone kills your best friend (i.e. a childhood friend, a boyfriend or girlfriend, your roommate, family member). Perhaps you were there at the scene of the crime? Maybe you weren't and thus you were unable to help him or her at all? Maybe he or she was fighting in the war, and all of a sudden, an enemy sniper bullet hits him or her through the head.
