Oh did I learn my lesson good. I thought I get attempt to reason and actually get them to be able to talk about something that is a valid concern. But I guess because it had nothing to do with being betrayed or what class I was going to be, that they decided to engage a form of brain failure.
I've learnt my lesson, and I took my lashings. Never again will I attempt something intellectual there.

I hardly see anything wrong with the topic or the posters in it. Maybe you're just making something out of nothing, or you have no patience. People will have different opinions than you. Doesn't matter if you think said opinions are idiotic. Though topics such as this one are even more silly.

Edited by phatninja13: 7/12/2014 2:44:57 AMNo, it's that you are arguing a point that people don't agree with. There was no brain failure. Activision and Bungie are primarily a business. Bungie was approached to make exclusive content in exchange for money. This was done by Sony/Activision/Gamestop etc. in order to maximize their profits on the platform they want to. In order to fund the game and their own lives in the process Bungie needed this money. Not all the money they accepted went to the exclusive content it also went into the game as a whole. If they didn't accept this reality then there would be no exclusive content, but what other content wouldn't have been made because they didn't have the resources that came with that money. You could have a lesser game as a whole. The increased price was again to maximize their profits to recoup the money that had been spent creating the content, to help justify this price exclusive content at the higher price point was needed. This is the exact same thing as a band releasing a deluxe edition of their album for a larger amount of money. The songs are already made why not just release everything without a deluxe edition. There is your intellectual conversation.
