All you have to do is make it so that the body isn't perfectly circular and you're good.

I'm on a laptop so whenever I try to draw an imperfect circle it looks like an octagon.

I'm also on a Laptop. Have you tried using GIMP? It's a better program than Paint. It's an open source equivalent to Photoshop.
