T4R? I'm seeing a lot of hate for the series and no real reason for it.
EDIT: It seems that a lot of people are just really butthurt over the bugs that the game first had when it launched and are using those as an excuse to call it a bad game, despite those bugs now being fixed and them not having played the game recently.

no more 69!!!!
-
They tried to make a CoD clone rather than doing what they do best. Battlefield used to only be a few game types with amazing maps built for each one. Now they have too many game types with maybe one good map for each.
-
EA releases an unfinished and broken game which is shady as -blam!-. OP asks "Why is everyone down on Battlefield?"
-
Nothing any more, I'm looking forward to the dlc, but hardline doesn't peak my interest that much.
-
The game is amazing, both BF3 and BF4, but I feel that hard line was a joke. BF4 is really buggy, but they aren't game breaking. For the most part, they are hilarious when they happen. Stop bitching about it.
-
BF3 PC is perfect. BF4 is ridiculous on all platforms. lolHardline
-
I think it blows COD out of the water.
a lot of people are just really butthurt over the bugs that the game first had when it launched and are using those as an excuse to call it a bad game, despite those bugs now being fixed
>Nearing a year post release >game still at pre alpha levels of quality >bugs are only now getting fixed >New game set to releace soon You are actualy defendig this? Kek

Have yet to play BF4, but BF3 is a great game. I have logged hundreds of hours on there.
-
It's broken, over priced DLC.
-
Honestly I only hate the net code and Operation Metro in that game. It's amazing otherwise. Play it every day
-
Never had an interest in the series.
-
Ha. Chakas. All I really have to say about Battlefield is that it bores the shit out of me, but I hardly represent the gaming community as a whole.
-
Edited by Grifshot: 7/9/2014 2:20:04 AMIMO nothing really. You can blow mother-blam!-in skyscrapers up and watch as they tumble down. The maps are huge and support epic battles. Plus-
I may just be a wizard, but not once have I ever had a problem with bugs in the game.
Nobody seems to even be able to back up there rants about the game, other than talking about these so called game crashing bugs that I never came in contact with. Even then, I heard that all of that's been patched so I don't understand the hate for it at all. EDIT: I'm speaking for BF4, BF: Hardline seems like it should be DLC.
-
4 was broken that is all
-
E--blam!-ing-A That is all. Apart from that, I love them (Though I won't be getting HL)
-
Edited by TheRedBaron : 7/8/2014 6:00:13 PMIt's bad since BF3, what they need is to make Bad Company 3 already! Not some dumb cop and robber junk. Edit: I mean after bf3, sorry.
-
Boring as hell
-
So many bugs, bad launches, and BF: Hardline is BF4 with a cops and robber skin, definitely not worth $60.
-
Edited by Alphy : 7/8/2014 5:37:02 PMNothing much anymore. Sure, BF4 had a kinda not so good launch, but most of the game-hindering bugs have been removed, and that's all I care about: as long I can still play the game in the end, I'm perfectly fine with it.
I wish I could still play Battlefield 4.... Stupid disk drive. ;_;
Can't say much about the series itself because BF4 was my first BF game, I do have BF3 but ehh I didn't play that.
-
They don't play there own game so they have no idea of how to fix anything, they actually had to ask why people wanted bad company 3
-
Edited by Tu Chocolate Caliente: 7/8/2014 5:33:11 PMThe game had such a bad launch, the game is practically broken thanks to EA, all of those bugs too, i personally lost respect to the series, while playing i lost my data twice while playing it and had to start over all the time. The game may have less bugs now but im not going to buy BF4 again.
trading it was actually pretty good, got like $39.
-
I loved Bf2, BfBC, BfBC2, and Bf3 but Bf4 was crap in my opinion and I'm not interested in Bf:Hardline
-
Biggest issue is it's not CoD and you really can't go lone wolf in it. If it was such a terrible game big time pc hardware developers wouldn't be such big supporters of the franchise.
-
Mostly because of EA, but I still love Battlefield. BF4's brokenness wasn't DICE's fault.
-
I don't know. The series is incredibly fun especially BF4.
