I've been a Bungie.net member since at least 2005 when Halo 2 multiplayer was huge, and probably earlier than that though I can't remember that long ago xD I remember trying to call customer support about this a while back, but to no avail as they sort of "brushed me off." In 2011 my logins got messed up somehow and I haven't been able to access the old account since. Until recently with the new Destiny launch, this hasn't been much of a big deal to me, but it would be great if I could have my old account back as a "Legendary Exhaulted Member" again instead of my current "Honorable Member" At one point when I was trying to get my old account back, I was able to login with an email that was still associated with the old account, but no longer linked to my gamer tag. When I tried to link the new email (and associated tag) to that Bungie profile that's when I was shut out from the account all together. A new Bungie profile had been created and linked to my new Live email address, but I couldn't get the email address linked to the Bungie profile, and that's how it stayed. [i]Somewhere, out there, my old account is scared and alone, just waiting to be re-activated for Destiny. [/i] [b]I know, I know[/b], it's just the internet and just a silly title, but I'm proud to be a supporter of your franchise for so long and I'd like my profile to represent it if at all possible when Destiny comes out. Is there any help for this weary, old gamer, or are my forum posts and status gone with the wind like the rest of Halo on this site? I'd be happy to provide any/all details if needed, thank you.
