After playing the Alpha my wife and I are gung-ho to fireteam up. Give the above setup, is there a good experience to be had running one copy PS3-to-TV and one copy PS4-to-Vita?? Are we going to have to find a second monitor/TV option? Or will we have to wait and hope for a PC port? Drop some official wisdom on me.

PS3 and PS4 players cannot play Destiny together.

Well, darn - I'd not even considered they might not share servers...guess that changes the picture; thanks for the heads up. Brain Surgion: I didn't use the Vita remote play feature with the Alpha, but I saw postings that indicated it worked. Certainly it works (locally and over internet) for other games.

PS4 and PS3 can't cross play last I checked. So here's what you do. Sell the PS3, get a second PS4. One PS4 uses TV, use Vita to remote play Destiny on second PS4. You and Wife play together. Profit.

I'm not sure, this is a big issue for a lot of people. I don't believe you can play ps3-ps4 in destiny. But, do you know much about the ps vita remote play? I've heard that you can stream your ps4 through the vita, across wifi. Is that true? Can you play it away from your home if you have wifi? Will we be able to play destiny through a vita if we have access to wifi?
